Ardictiorent aforesaid is above superposed against him. And expon this it is forthwith demanded of the Salvador Larrase, whether he hath or knoweth anything to say wherefore the said For Song Cottinger ought not to proceed to judgment, who nothing further saith except as he before hath said.
